First Impressions & What’s Included

The cleaner arrived in a sturdy square box and was well protected during transport with air-filled packaging cushions. Everything arrived safely and without any visible damage.

My first impression of the machine itself was very positive. The unit feels solid and well made, and the different components give a reassuringly sturdy impression rather than feeling cheap or flimsy.

Along with the main cleaning unit, the package included a drying rod, the required power supply and a clear instruction manual. Everything needed to get started was included, and the instructions made the basic setup easy to understand.

Overall, the packaging, presentation and build quality made a good first impression. The machine arrived well protected, felt substantial straight out of the box and appeared ready for practical use without requiring any additional accessories.

Design & Build Quality

The cleaner has a sturdy flexible hose attached to the main unit, with the cleaning nozzle fitted at the end. Both the hose and nozzle feel solid and suitable for repeated use.

The machine contains two integrated reservoirs: one for clean water and a separate tank for collecting waste water. The clean-water reservoir is easy to fill through an opening at the top of the machine, which is closed with a yellow cap. In practice, this system works very well and makes refilling straightforward.

Operation is simple. The cleaning nozzle has a button directly on the handle. Once the nozzle is positioned in the opening that needs to be cleaned, pressing and holding the button starts the automatic cleaning process. The machine continues running for as long as the button is held and stops when it is released.

When the clean-water reservoir becomes empty, the change in the sound of the pump is clearly noticeable, so it is easy to know when to stop and refill the tank.

Emptying the waste-water reservoir is equally straightforward. Used water can be drained through a small copper-coloured metal outlet on the side of the machine. It looks neatly integrated into the design and feels solid, while also making the waste-water tank quick and easy to empty after use.

Storage has also been well considered. The hose clips neatly into a holder on the machine, keeping everything together when it is not being used. Despite containing two reservoirs, a pump and the cleaning system, the complete unit is surprisingly compact and can easily be stored in a cupboard or underneath a bed.

Overall, the design is practical and well thought out. Filling, operating, emptying and storing the machine are all simple, and the relatively compact construction makes it convenient to keep ready for regular use.

The machine also includes a separate drying attachment. This connects directly to the main unit via a cable and plug. At the end of the cable is a dedicated drying head with an integrated fan that blows warm air into the cleaned canal. The attachment feels like a natural part of the overall system and means both cleaning and drying can be handled with the same compact machine.

Cleaning Performance

In actual use, the cleaning performance is excellent. The nozzle is inserted into either the vaginal or anal canal and pushed in until the circular sealing ring at the base sits firmly against the opening. This creates a good seal and, when positioned correctly, the system is remarkably leak-free.

Pressing the button sends a powerful stream of clean water through the nozzle and into the canal. At the same time, openings around the lower part of the nozzle draw the used water back into the machine and transfer it to the separate waste-water reservoir. The combination of water pressure and suction allows the water to reach and flush the entire internal canal.

One of the biggest practical advantages is how clean the process itself remains. Because the nozzle seals the opening effectively and immediately removes the used water, I can comfortably use the machine while the doll is still on the bed. There is no need to move the doll to a bathroom simply to prevent water from getting everywhere.

For normal cleaning, I usually run approximately two complete rinses. After more intensive use, I repeat the process several times until the water being removed is completely clear. This provides a simple visual indication that the canal has been thoroughly flushed.

Compared with cleaning manually using a small hand pump, the difference is substantial. The automatic system is faster, more thorough and considerably less messy. The noise level during cleaning is also perfectly acceptable and has never bothered me during use.

An additional benefit is the peace of mind it provides after more intensive use. The cleaner is perfectly capable of flushing the canal after ejaculation inside the doll. This was something I used to be hesitant about, because I was never completely confident that a simple hand pump would clean the canal thoroughly enough afterwards.

With this machine, that concern has largely disappeared. I simply repeat the cleaning cycle until the extracted water runs clear. Knowing that the doll can be cleaned thoroughly afterwards makes the whole experience considerably more relaxed and convenient.

Drying Performance

The drying system performs quite well in practice. After cleaning, the drying head is inserted into the canal and switched on. Its built-in fan blows warm air into the canal, while the design allows the air to circulate and escape again rather than creating a closed seal.

Before using the powered dryer, I normally use the supplied drying stick to remove most of the remaining moisture. This gives the dryer less water to deal with and makes the complete drying process more efficient.

Using this method, I find that approximately 10 to 15 minutes of warm-air drying is usually enough to leave the canal dry. Combined with the initial use of the drying stick, the system provides a convenient way to thoroughly dry the internal canal after cleaning.

The powered dryer is also optional rather than essential to using the cleaning system. The cleaner itself can be used perfectly well without it. After rinsing, the canal can simply be dried using the supplied drying stick or another suitable manual drying method. The powered dryer is mainly an additional convenience for those who want warm-air drying.

There is, however, one significant disadvantage: the dryer is very loud. The noise level is considerably higher than during the cleaning cycle, and personally I would not use it when other people in the house could hear it.

The high noise level is likely related to the small fan having to produce a relatively powerful airflow. Whatever the technical reason, it is a genuine practical limitation. There appears to be a trade-off here: the strong airflow provides effective drying, but it comes at the cost of considerably more noise.

Overall, the drying performance itself is good and the warm airflow works effectively, but the noise level is easily the weakest aspect of the drying system.

For me, the powered dryer is a useful extra rather than the main reason to own this machine. Even without the drying function, I would still consider the cleaner worthwhile purely for its automatic rinsing and suction system. That is the feature that makes the biggest difference compared with cleaning a doll manually.

Ease of Use & Practicality

The cleaner is extremely easy to use. Fill the clean-water reservoir, plug the unit into a power outlet and it is ready to start cleaning. There is very little preparation involved, which makes it easy to use immediately after a session rather than putting the cleaning off until later.

If I use the machine purely for rinsing, the entire process can be completed within just a few minutes. Using the powered drying system takes longer, but it requires very little attention once it is running, so I can simply leave it working while I do something else.

For me, one of the biggest benefits is the peace of mind it provides. I know that the internal canals have been thoroughly flushed and are clean and ready for the next use. Keeping the canals clean is also an important part of good doll maintenance and helps prevent residue from being left inside over time.

The convenience has changed the way I approach cleaning. With a manual pump, cleaning can feel like an additional chore after using a doll. With this machine, it has become a quick and straightforward part of my normal routine.

After using it for an extended period, I consider an automatic cleaning system like this one of the most useful accessories for regular doll owners. The powered dryer is convenient but optional; for me, the automatic rinsing and suction system alone is the feature that makes the machine genuinely worthwhile.

Reliability & Long-Term Ownership

Unfortunately, my original cleaner developed a fault after approximately eight months of use. The pump stopped supplying water and the underside of the unit became unusually hot. At that point, I stopped using it and contacted RosemaryDoll.

Until the failure occurred, the cleaner had performed well throughout those eight months. There were no obvious signs of wear, and the hose, housing and other components were still in good condition. The failure therefore came unexpectedly rather than being preceded by gradual deterioration.

My experience with RosemaryDoll’s customer service was excellent. After I contacted them about the problem, they arranged a complete replacement unit without any difficulty. The replacement cleaner is now in use and is working perfectly.

The pump failure is still important to mention, particularly because the automatic rinsing system is the main reason I value this product. However, this is my experience with a single unit and does not by itself establish a wider reliability problem with the Cleaner 2.0.

RosemaryDoll’s response to the failure also deserves credit. Problems can occur with any powered product, and how a manufacturer handles them is an important part of the ownership experience. Receiving a complete replacement without unnecessary difficulty gave me additional confidence in both the product and the support behind it.

For now, I will continue using the replacement unit and update this review if my longer-term experience provides any new information.
